Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with fueling their vehicles.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Sell fuel, snacks, beverages, and other convenience store items while promoting special offers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and convenience store sections.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
• Uphold safety standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Proficient cash handling abilities with attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
