Sales Associate - SM CDO

About the Role We are looking for a customer-focused and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, answering inquiries, and closing sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them.
• Drive sales and meet/exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system or billing software.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area/store floor.
• Keep up-to-date with product features, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Perform other related sales and inventory tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Senior High School graduate, vocational diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!).
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and resilient.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Availability: Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
