About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to close a sale or give assistance to what the customers need. The role prioritizes targets and sales, executing a high level of customer service. The Sales Associate ensures that items on the sales floor are in order, well-kept and displayed according to standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by being knowledgeable about the products sold in the stores – features, benefits, fit, use and trivia about the merchandise
• Promote and practice excellent customer service with sincerity and efficiency
• Perform shoe cleaning as an extra service to customers who purchase from Capital and Forum stores
• Make certain that all items on display have security tags, size beads and are crease-free
• Steam apparels that are to be displayed in the selling area
• Organize and ensure completeness of the items in the assigned zone and other zones as necessary by way of automatic refills
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the store
• Consistently adhere to the endorsement procedure with co-athletes when going on breaks or when there is a need to be out of the sales floor
