Job Summary

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join UNIQLO as Sales Associates. You'll assist customers, maintain store standards, and support daily store operations to deliver an excellent shopping experience. High-performing employees may be considered for regular/full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Job Description

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Replenish, fold, and arrange merchandise.
• Support cashiering, fitting room, and stock room operations.
• Receive deliveries and monitor inventory.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Not currently enrolled in school.
• No plans to work abroad within the year.
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
• Willing to accept a 3-month project-based employment with the opportunity for regular/full-time employment based on performance evaluation.

Work Schedule

• Employment Type: Project-Based (3 Months – Seasonal)
• 8-hour shifting schedule
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
