Sales Associate (VMX)

Basic Purpose/Job Summary:

The Sales and Partnership Associate for VMX plays a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with brand partners, distributors, vendors, and suppliers. Collaborating effectively with partners stakeholders and leaders, they drive the realization of objectives. This role involves conceptualizing, executing, and overseeing partner promotions and co-marketing campaigns, with a keen eye on tracking sales and marketing commitments, media executions, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• With a bachelor’s degree in any 4 year course
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in Sales or Account Management, Project Management, or Customer Service Engagement or any relevant work experience
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics is a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• With a strong focus on preparing sales reports and utilizing good analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, streaming, e-commerce.
• Possesses a genuine passion for understanding consumers and exhibits a high level of enthusiasm in sales.
• Showcase strong thinking and direction-setting skills, creativity, initiative, follow-through, communication abilities, bias for action, agility, and flexibility.
• Has the capacity to handle and influence diverse partners, stakeholders, and customers effectively.
• Has experienced in the preparation of sales reports, with excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Displays exceptional organizational skills and is willing to take on additional workload when required.
• Self-starter, results-oriented and hardworking
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to manage day-to-day sales and partner marketing communications.
• Partner with collaborators to devise joint marketing strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.
• Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with partners.
• Provide support for partner events and manage sales and partner marketing communications.
• Assist in managing local/international partner programs to meet sales and acquisition goals.
• Contribute to the creation of sales and partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop tools for sales and partner marketing while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Evaluate partner sales and marketing performance, proposing enhancements as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill partner commitments and requirements.
• Stay updated on streaming, new media, digital marketing, and relevant tech trends related to Vivamax.
