We are delighted to be offering the opportunity to become part of the Macbees Team as Sales Associate with responsibility for Inventory Processing. We are looking for a fashion obsessed, digital savvy go-getter to join our fabulous, hardworking team. This is a fantastic chance to join our iconic independent fashion boutique, which has been in business for over 40 years, based in the beautiful town of Killarney, Co. Kerry.

At Macbees we strive to deliver a luxury retail experience and we’re looking for someone to help us create this. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion savvy sales associate who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience. The role will also include inventory processing so computer literacy is a must.

There are so many aspects to this role - selling, styling, stock processing, merchandising, social media content. No two days are ever the same. Everyday is an excuse to dress up at Macbees so if you love being fabulous this job is for you.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

• Enjoy styling clients, keeping up with the latest trends and be passionate about all things fashion.
• Have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience as customer service is the corner stone of our business and we believe that great customer service comes from having great people on our team.
• Have a desire to drive sales and build trusted long-term client relationships.
• Be computer literacy with a working knowledge of Excel as well as the ability to learn new stock control systems to help us ensure seamless running of stock movement through the business.
• Experience with AI would be an advantage
• Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and enthusiasm to work as part of our brilliant team we are so lucky to have.
• Be available to work weekends.

Duties:

On floor selling (POS training will be provided)

On floor style advice & building your clients in season wardrobe

Delivering goods & inputting stock into our POS systems (training will be provided)

Keeping the store neat, tidy and beautifully merchandised

General cleaning duties

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
