Sales Associate/Cashier

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, stylish, and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will help our patients and customers find the perfect eyewear that fits their unique style and vision needs. If you have a passion for retail, fashion, and helping people see clearly, we want to hear from you!

This position requires communication still in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that suit their needs.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products or upgrades, increasing sales opportunities.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product placement, and stock counts.

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate technical information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers.
• Familiarity with merchandising standards, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
