Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Sales Associate’s / Key Holder’s who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and being part of a supportive team. You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, the person who helps keep our shelves stocked and organized, and a trusted team member responsible for opening and closing the store as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, outgoing, and professional attitude to create a friendly and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer service—help customers with questions, product selection, and project needs.
• Assist customers through all channels: in store, over the phone, and online.
• Accurately process transactions including cash, credit, and other payments.
• Receive, check in, and stock incoming merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked store environment.
• Work scheduled shifts until 7:00 PM and participate in a rotating weekend schedule.
• Serve as a Key Holder, supporting daily operations and performing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience working in a retail store or similar customer service environment.
• Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Preferred:

• Experience in a hardware store or related trade/industry (0+ years welcomed—willing to train the right person!).
• Passion or background in hardware, home improvement, or DIY projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail setting.
