About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate/Leasing Agent to join our team at our Hallam, VIC office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential property sales and leasing activities, working directly with clients to facilitate transactions and build lasting relationships. This is a strategic position that directly contributes to our agency's growth and reputation in the local market. Key responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings and open homes for prospective buyers and tenants
• Preparing marketing materials, property descriptions, and promotional content to showcase residential properties
• Liaising with sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants to negotiate terms and facilitate successful transactions
• Building and maintaining a strong client database and pipeline for ongoing business development
• Preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other documentation required for property transactions
• Managing property marketing campaigns utilising both traditional and digital platforms
• Attending to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing property information and guidance
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial contact through to settlement
• Staying informed of current market trends, property valuations, and local area knowledge
• Maintaining accurate records and updating property databases with transaction information

What we're looking for

• A current real estate licence or the willingness to obtain one if applicable
• Proven experience in residential property sales or leasing, or a strong demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development
• Proficiency in using technology, including property management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of the local Hallam property market and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
