Sales Associate/Optical

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated EYEWEAR SALES SPECIALIST in our luxury eyewear boutique located in Santa Rosa Beach. You will be responsible for driving store’s revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs
• Providing optimum customer service
• Explaining products and services to our customers
• Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership

Qualifications:

• Optical Experience Helpful
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
