What You'll Do

Our Sales Associates help customers find footwear that fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

A typical shift may include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Learning what each customer is looking for and recommending appropriate footwear
• Measuring feet and helping customers find the right size and fit
• Learning about the brands and products we carry
• Operating the register and completing customer transactions
• Restocking and organizing merchandise
• Helping keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
• Working with the rest of the store team to provide a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a footwear expert when you start. We'll teach you.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Patient and helpful
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Able to stay active throughout a retail shift
• Available for a flexible retail schedule, including some weekends

Previous retail or customer-service experience is helpful, but it isn't required.
