Job Title: Sales Associates – Ipaja Branch

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate for our Ipaja branch. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Attend to customers promptly and provide product information and guidance

· Assist customers in locating products within the store

· Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled

· Support restocking and proper display of goods

· Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of items

· Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints

· Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets

· Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Good communication skills

· Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven attitude

· Attention to detail and good organizational ability

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

· Basic numeracy and product handling skills

Requirements

· Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

· Ability to stand for long hours and assist with light lifting

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions

· Strong teamwork and work ethic

Minimum Qualification

· Minimum of SSCE/OND (ND) in any related field

Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
