About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Auditor who will be responsible for ensuring quality control in client interactions by auditing sales calls, WhatsApp conversations, and at times, directly calling clients for confirmation. This role is vital in maintaining service standards and supporting overall sales process integrity.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Auditing daily sales calls and WhatsApp conversations to ensure process adherence.

• Documenting gaps, providing feedback, and highlighting quality concerns.

• Occasionally connecting with clients directly for process or experience verification.

• Preparing audit reports and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintaining records and audit logs with accuracy and confidentiality.

  An ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales audits or inside sales.

• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

• Basic understanding of the sales funnel and customer handling processes.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

  Qualifications:

• Any graduate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets
