About the role

As a B2B Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing B2B accounts, and driving sales growth for Montigo and Dickies. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new B2B accounts, leads, channels, and business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers and accounts.
• Analyze sales, customer, product, and market performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Develop account strategies and sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Identify solutions for underperforming accounts and slow-moving products.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights for forecasting and business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support overall B2B business growth.

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in retail, distribution, consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, account management, and business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
