• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B channel, especially IT B2B business
• Intermediate Skill in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, and proactive attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers in Surabaya
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions requirement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regularly update opportunity status.
• Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and partners to support project execution.
