Sales B2B Manager

· Develop and execute the overall B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.

· Drive new business development across Property, Corporate, Hospitality, Project Sales, and other B2B segments.

· Identify new business models and strategic opportunities to expand Toshiba’s B2B business.

· Manage key accounts and develop long-term relationships with major customers and strategic business partners.

· Lead the B2B sales pipeline from prospecting, proposal development and negotiation through deal closing.

· Develop commercial strategies, pricing, product solutions, and business proposals to strengthen competitiveness.

· Lead, coach, and develop the B2B sales team and monitor sales targets and KPIs.

· Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams to ensure effective business execution.

· Analyze sales performance, profitability, market trends, competitors, and customer insights to develop business action plans.

· Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, pipeline reports, and growth strategies for senior management.

Qualification

• Experience in Project Sales, Property, B2B, Home Appliances, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
