Sales back office

We are looking for a Mobility Sales Back Office to join our team at our San Fernando de Henares offices in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance; commercial area, coordinating and facilitating the actions or objectives of the members. Administrative and documentary procedures, assistance with company trips and reception of calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial/Sales Department.
• Handle customer inquiries, issue resolution, and contract-related documentation.
• Manage and maintain customer contracts, including updates, price reviews, and CRM registration.
• Prepare commercial reports and monitor contract and station profitability.
• Manage fuel cards, customer onboarding, supplier registration, and service point setup across different platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales and commercial processes.
• Provide administrative support for tenders and bidding processes.
• Manage documentation through DocuSign and follow up on internal approvals.
• Review and control expense reports, business travel arrangements, and related invoicing.
• Support supplier administration, payments, and pre-billing activities.
• Monitor customer credit, outstanding debt, and claims from customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and update databases, applications, CRM, and other corporate management systems.

Requirements

• Sales administrative professional training is enough
• English B2
• CRM (Salesforce in Molgas)
• Experience in Retail, in the energy or fuel sector is an added value
• Pack office
