SALES BACKEND ASSISTANT (Registration )

We are looking for a Sales Backend Assistant to support the sales team with documentation, data entry, billing-related activities, and day-to-day sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Executives in daily backend and administrative activities.
• Maintain customer records and update sales-related data accurately.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, forms, quotations, and other records.
• Assist with vehicle booking, delivery documentation, and registration-related paperwork.
• Maintain proper filing of customer and vehicle-related documents.
• Enter and update customer information in the company system.
• Coordinate with accounts, insurance, registration, and other departments when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with reports.

Qualification

• Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
• Freshers can apply; candidates with sales/automobile office experience will be preferred.

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
