Sales / BD Manager - Channel Development

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of KOL talent aligned with brand positioning and target audience
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables with KOLs and their management teams
• Develop and execute KOL campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Sales) to align KOL activities with business goals
• Manage contracts, invoices, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Stay up to date with KOL trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
• Build long-term relationships with KOLs to secure repeat collaborations and exclusive partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships
• Strong network of KOLs and agencies is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance
• Familiarity with social media platforms and KOL ecosystem
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
