Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the branch sales team
- Develop sales plans and achieve branch targets
- Monitor sales and team performance
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Identify new clients and business opportunities
- Handle customer concerns and support the sales team
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Prepare sales and branch performance reports
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of sales or customer/client handling experience
- Experience in supervising or managing employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer service
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
