Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Engineer to drive business growth across Chennai and South Indian manufacturing hubs. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and providing application-focused automation solutions to manufacturers, OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines and achieve regional revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Factory Automation, or Capital Equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work in Chennai and cover regional industrial clusters.
