B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• Develop business for sensors, dataloggers, DAQ and measurement solutions.
• Focus on automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, R&D centres and testing laboratories.
• Generate business for testing, calibration, instrumentation and engineering services.
• Develop SHM opportunities for metros, bridges, buildings and infrastructure around Pune.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry through technical discussion, quotation, negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with technical teams, purchase, consultants, EPCs, integrators and decision-makers.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-up plans and opportunity reports.
• Remuneration will be performance-linked; detailed terms will be mutually finalized during the interview / pre-engagement stage.
