About the role

This role involves maintaining strong relationships with aftermarket distributors, monitoring and analyzing sales performance against targets, ensuring timely product delivery and stock availability, planning and controlling sales through after-sales support, supporting sales strategy planning, identifying sales opportunities and handling operational issues, and creating accurate sales forecasts.

About you

• Minimum high school education (Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and leverage data effectively (a plus)
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Reside in Makassar, South Sulawesi
