Sales Calling Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads through calling and follow up with potential clients regularly.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and property preferences. Provide accurate information about projects, payment plans, prices, and available units.
• Convince and engage prospects to schedule site visits and meetings.
• Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into potential sales.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for further client handling and closing.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales calling, customer service, or real estate.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Real estate experience will be an advantage
