Sales Capability Manager

Role & responsibilities

To build a high-performing sales organization by leveraging strong hands-on sales experience and driving structured capability building, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives .

• Design and implement capability-building frameworks for frontline and managerial sales teams
• Identify capability gaps through field immersion & performance data
• Conduct regular joint field working with sales teams across markets
• Drive execution excellence in general trade & channel sales
• Training Delivery - Channel & distributor management
• Analyze region-wise performance gaps
• Improve KPIs like: Sales Vol/ Outlet coverage / Conversion ratios

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong sales process understanding (primary & secondary sales)
• Started career in frontline Sales roles (TSI / SO / ASM) and progressed into capability / training role
• Strong understanding of distribution & retail ecosystem
• Capability to translate field experience into training modules
• Coaching & mentoring skills
• High credibility with sales teams (comes from real field experience)
• High ownership & execution focus
• Must have experince in South region
