Sales Chef

About the role

We're looking for an experienced chef with strong commercial kitchen knowledge and sales capabilities to demonstrate equipment, develop practical applications and drive sales. You should have at least five years of professional kitchen experience, hands-on knowledge of commercial kitchen machinery, and a curiosity for food experimentation, techniques and textures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct equipment demonstrations, trials and application testing to showcase product capabilities.

• Apply professional kitchen experience to demonstrate equipment in real service conditions.

• Experiment with ingredients and cooking techniques to develop menu concepts and equipment applications.

• Recommend suitable equipment based on customer needs, menu requirements and kitchen workflows.

• Drive sales through demonstrations, customer engagement, referrals and business development.

• Evaluate new equipment for performance, reliability and commercial suitability.

• Represent Endura at customer meetings, industry events and product launches.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a line chef, service chef or equivalent.
• Experience operating multiple types of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation and service workflows.
• Curiosity about food experimentation, cooking techniques and textures.
• Strong presentation, sales and communication skills, especially across multiple languages
• Willing and able to travel for demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Experience conducting equipment demonstrations or culinary workshops.
• Established F&B industry relationships.
