Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales and Shipping departments, ensuring accurate data processing and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry and update records in internal systems
• Handle postings and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle customer correspondence regarding shipment arrangements, invoicing matters, and related inquiries via email
• Assist with shipping-related administration and coordination
• Maintain filing and records management systems
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Shipping teams
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage but not essential
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
