Sales Clerk

About the role

Ace Hardware Phils., Inc is seeking a Sales Clerk to join our retail team at our SM City Pampanga Branch. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. As a Sales Clerk, you will be the face of Ace Hardware, helping customers find the right products whilst maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment. This position is integral to our store's success and directly contributes to our mission of providing quality products and outstanding service to our local community.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store

• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs and requirements

• Stock shelves, displays and storage areas with merchandise, ensuring items are properly organized and price-labelled

• Answer customer enquiries regarding product features, pricing and availability

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management

What we're looking for

• Senior High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Willingness to learn about products and industry standards
