Job Summary

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and type quotations, business correspondence, and product warranty documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation control systems.
• Coordinate and organize courier services.
• Assist the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Support the processing of bulk orders.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in the absence of the Receptionist.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative or clerical roles.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Fast and accurate typing skills, particularly for letters and quotations.
• Strong document filing and records management skills.
• Diligent, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
