About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance B2B Sales Closer to convert qualified inbound leads into signed projects. This is a consultative closing role with no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects
• Understand business challenges and identify automation opportunities
• Present suitable solutions and project proposals
• Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
• Follow up consistently and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline
• Build long-term client relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales closing experience
• Experience selling to US or European markets
• Strong experience in consultative or solution-based sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confident in dealing with founders and senior decision-makers
