- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, social selling, and industry events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to pitch presentation, contract negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines, and close sales agreements.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Provide regular pipeline updates and sales performance reports to management.
