Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage pricing strategies and provide clear explanations of product costs, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-presented and inventory levels are accurate.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding product features, benefits, and pricing details to foster trust and loyalty.
• Support store operations by assisting with customer service inquiries, processing transactions, and managing client communication channels.
