Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of corporate salary accounts, ensuring timely processing and resolution of customer queries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and acquiring new clients for current accounts, saving accounts, and other financial services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-8 years' experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate salary structures and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
