About the role
The role involves matching suitable domestic helpers from overseas or local foreign domestic worker candidates to local families, and providing end-to-end follow-up services from interviews, contract signing, visa applications to arrival arrangements in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to and analyse client needs such as childcare, elderly care, or household duties
- Screen and recommend matching domestic worker candidates
- Clearly explain employment legislation such as the Employment Ordinance to employers and domestic workers
- Provide professional hiring consultation and after-sales support
- Manage daily operations and environment management of the branch
About you
- Sales and customer service experience required
- Employment centre work experience preferred
- Fluent Cantonese; English proficiency to communicate with domestic workers preferred; Mandarin to communicate with mainland background clients is a plus
- Chinese and English computer operation skills
