About the role

Join the Coway sales team as a Sales & Business Development Executive. This role offers the opportunity to promote and introduce Coway home wellness products to customers, develop your own customer network and sales pipeline, and work towards individual and team sales targets. You will have the chance to develop your communication skills, build your network, increase your income and grow into a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and introduce Coway home wellness products to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations
• Follow up with potential customers through online and offline channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in team training, meetings and business activities
• Develop your own customer network and sales pipeline
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

About you

• Malaysians aged 18 and above
• Fresh graduates and those without sales experience are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates with strong social networks, campus connections or sales experience are highly encouraged to apply
