Sales

We are looking for a Sales person with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

* Follow up consistently on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

* Conduct visits to customers, projects, workshops, and potential business partners.

* Present and explain products clearly to customers.

* Coordinate with Admin Sales and Technical Support regarding quotations, specifications, and technical requirements.

* Monitor ongoing projects and ensure consistent follow-up.

* Achieve sales targets set by the company.

* Prepare regular reports on sales activities and opportunities.

* Continuously learn about the company’s products and relevant industry developments.

Requirements:

* Minimum education: High School/Vocational School, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.

* Previous experience in Sales or B2B Sales is preferred.

* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive, disciplined, and consistent in following up with customers.

* Target-oriented and results-driven.

* Willing to learn and understand technical products.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

* Own transportation and willing to conduct customer visits when required.

Experience in architectural hardware, furniture hardware, building materials, interior, contractor, architecture, or project sales will be an advantage.
