Duties

• Upsell additional items or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of pricing strategies and product features to effectively communicate value.
• Assist with merchandising and organizing retail displays to attract customer attention.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing clear information about products, services, and policies.
• Support automobile transportation logistics by coordinating deliveries and pickups in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices when handling heavy merchandise or equipment, ensuring safety for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Prior retail store experience or familiarity with customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Basic math skills for handling pricing, transactions, and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of commercial driving, route driving, or commercial truck driving is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
• Familiarity with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations related to transportation operations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for roles involving driving or route delivery.
