About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team. This role focuses on introducing online trading solutions and global financial market services to clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting customers throughout their investment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote online trading platforms and global market investment solutions to potential clients
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide market insights and updates on global financial trends and currency market movements
• Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, and platform usage
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

About you

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with knowledge of Forex, online trading, financial markets, or investment-related industries
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Interest in or basic knowledge of global financial markets and digital trading platforms is a strong advantage
