About the role

As a Sales Design Consultant at Kvik, you will take customers on a journey from their first contact through designing, specifying and purchasing their kitchen to its final installation, handover and positive feedback. This role combines sales expertise with interior design knowledge, requiring you to identify customer needs, provide technical product information, and deliver consultative sales support while managing orders and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and advise on products to best fulfil customer requirements
• Provide first class product knowledge and technical information on products
• Build relationships with customers by providing a consultative sales approach
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
• Work within an individual section with a sales target and budget
• Manage orders from idea to invoice
• Receive on-the-job training in modular building design program

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
• 1-2 years' experience in related field
• Good personality and good interpersonal skills
• Smart, Energetic, Intelligent, Tenacious and Ambitious
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Background or interest in interior design
• Strong technical and numerical skills
