About the role
Drive referrals and revenue for Orthokai's prosthetic and orthotic services by building strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, neurologists, wound care/diabetes clinics, nursing homes, insurers, case managers, and patients. This is a relationship-led, ethically sensitive healthcare sales role — not hard selling.
Key responsibilities
- Referral Network Development: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, rehab centres, clinics, and case managers.
- Service Promotion: Educate referral partners and patients on Orthokai's services — custom prostheses, orthoses, post-operative bracing, diabetic foot care, pediatric/adult P&O solutions, fittings, and follow-up care.
