This role involves engaging with potential clients and driving business growth through direct-to-door (D2D) sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships, presenting our offerings effectively, and closing sales to meet company objectives. Duties

• Conduct direct-to-door (D2D) sales activities, engaging with potential customers in various locations.
• Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Present product or service features clearly and persuasively to meet customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and address concerns to facilitate sales.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using company CRM tools.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or interest in sales, particularly in direct-to-door (D2D) environments preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with diverse customers and handle objections professionally.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location of sales activities.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $20,091.70 per month
