Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven for engaging with corporate clients ,promoting products/services, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities.

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify and connect with prospective corporate clients through calls

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products

• Handling inbound & outbound calls from existing bank customers

• Providing prompt, accurate solutions to customer queries

• Promote and explain banking products as ( credits cards, loans, insurance etc)

• Generate revenue through upselling & cross selling initiatives

• Focus on customer retention and activating new services

• Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate Degree (any discipline)

• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Freshers are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred

• Age 18 to 32 years

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly):

• Fresher: 18,000/month

• Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): 25,000/month (depends on your last inhand negotiable )

• PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based Incentives on top of your fixed salary!

LOCATION :

• Juinagar(Navi Mumbai)
• Thane (Centralized pickup Drop)
