Sales Manager – Automotive Service

Location: Lisle, IL

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Sales Manager to join our automotive service team in Lisle.

This is a sales-first position. We are looking for someone who is confident talking to customers, understands how to build trust, follows up on opportunities, and is motivated by closing sales and increasing revenue.

Automotive experience is NOT required — we can teach the right person the automotive side of the business. What matters most is your ability to sell, communicate, and provide an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Meet and communicate with customers throughout the service process
• Recommend additional services and repairs based on customer needs
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with customers on estimates and recommended services
• Help increase average repair orders and overall sales
• Track sales opportunities and follow up consistently
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure customers understand recommended repairs
• Help create a professional, positive, sales-driven environment
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Salary + Commission

Pay structure and earning potential will be discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications.
