About the role
A sales and marketing position in the manufacturing industry, specifically within the packaging sector (cardboard boxes, tape, labels, and plastic wrapping). The role focuses on identifying customer needs, building relationships, and delivering packaging solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers while building trust and long-term relationships
- Conduct price negotiations, product specifications discussions, and assess customer requirements
- Achieve sales targets as set by the company
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate packaging product solutions
- Prepare activity reports and sales achievement reports on a regular basis
About you
- Minimum D3 qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Sales/Marketing in the Manufacturing industry in the Packaging sector (cardboard boxes, tape, labels, plastic wrapping)
- Results-oriented with a positive attitude, high motivation, and commitment to achieving targets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Existing network or customer database is an added value
