Responsibilities

1. Develop regional clients among electronics, food, toy, and e-commerce enterprises as well as small-to-medium channel customers; identify client needs, provide packaging solutions, and complete quotation, sample delivery, and deal closure.

2. Conduct follow-up visits to maintain existing clients; track repeat purchases and packaging upgrade requirements; build and update client profiles.

3. Verify product specifications for each order; follow up on production, shipment, and logistics; coordinate and resolve abnormalities; handle reconciliation and payment collection, and promptly report any collection irregularities to the supervisor.

4. Collect market trends, competitor information, and client feedback, and report regularly; support team activities such as exhibition receptions and market research.

5. Submit daily/weekly/monthly business reports covering visits, orders, and collections, and comply with the company's sales management system.

Requirements

1. College diploma or above; any major accepted; fresh graduates may be trained.

2. Priority given to candidates with majors in marketing, business administration, or related fields.

3. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay; basic office software skills; strong communication and presentation abilities with fundamental sales negotiation skills.

4. Proactive and self-motivated, able to handle pressure, willing to travel for field work, and strong in execution.
