Sales Qualification

1. Education:
   Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

2. Experience:
   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Import-Export (IM-EX), Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related industries, with proven experience in acquiring and managing customers.

3. Leadership Experience:
   Previous experience in supervising, leading, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

4. Business Development:
   Strong ability to identify and acquire new customers, develop business opportunities, and convert prospects into active customers and shipments.

5. Customer & Shipment Management:
   Able to manage the sales process from New Customer → New Shipment → Revenue → Gross Profit → Customer Retention, including maintaining strong relationships with customers.

6. Commercial Understanding:
   Good understanding of pricing, costing, revenue, gross profit, and sales targets in the logistics/freight forwarding business.

7. Target & KPI Oriented:
   Strong track record in achieving sales targets and comfortable working with measurable KPIs, particularly:

   • New Customer Acquisition
   • New Shipment Generation
   • Revenue Achievement
   • Gross Profit Achievement
   • Customer Retention

8. Communication & Negotiation:
   Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

9. Market Knowledge:
   Good understanding of Import-Export, Freight Forwarding, logistics services, and customer requirements. Existing customer/network connections are an advantage.

10. Location & Assignment:
    Preferably currently based in Jakarta, and willing to be assigned to Semarang. Candidate should demonstrate good adaptability, commitment, and work ethic.
