About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our call centre team at JMZ Marketing Inc. This is a full-time position based in Catarman, Liloan, Cebu. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, responsible for driving sales growth whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be instrumental in generating revenue for our organisation whilst building strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect and contact potential customers to present products or services via telephone and other communication channels
• Deliver persuasive and professional sales presentations tailored to individual customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to order confirmation and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company database

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a call centre or customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and objections
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Proficiency with computer systems and call centre software applications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service etiquette
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Preferably, experience with the products or services relevant to our industry
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable
• Knowledge in SAAS website and 1 year or above experience is a plus
