What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, advertising, media sales, or business development.
- Experience in outdoor advertising, digital advertising, media sales, or advertising agency sales is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and client relationship management abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop effective advertising solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with business owners, marketing managers, and corporate decision-makers.
