What they need
About the role
We supply raw materials for the food, beverage, and bakery industries. We are building our sales team and looking for people who want to grow with us.
Key responsibilities
- Search and screen potential customers (bakery, cafes, food and beverage producers) via WhatsApp, phone, and visits
- Arrange meeting schedules and sample delivery coordination with the team
- Follow up on offers until a decision is made
- Record daily activities in the company system and report results
About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates with D3/S1 welcome, or minimum 1 year sales experience in F&B, bakery, or coffee shop
- Good communication, organized record-keeping, honest, and able to handle rejection
- Willing to learn products and ready to work towards targets
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ready for mobility to work areas
