What they need
We have urgent hiring for sales.
Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Cochin, Chennai
Requirement of sales person: Bangalore - 2, Delhi 3, Mumbai 2, Chennai 1, Cochin 1
Experience required: 5-8 Years in B2B sales (no CVS from vending experience, F&B)
Industries prefer: Coffee Industry, Architectural lighting and electrical equipment, kitchen equipment,
CTC: Max 14 LPA expectation should be
Notice Period: Immediate Joining, less than 45 days
Qualification Must - BE/B-Tech & MBA or IHM (no deviation)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Here are the key expectations from the role of Sales:
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key caf/restaurant chains, and ensure a pipeline of inquiries resulting in closure and incremental business
- Develop a strong base of consultants and channel partners to support business growth
- Build strong knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with the entire inquiry to installation process
- Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business
- Deliver on revenue targets as per deployed plans
